My baby's bottom is happy with this product! I was looking for products that were organic using natural, non toxic products that would keep my baby's sensitive skin from getting a rash. So far I have been very pleased with this product and am on my second bottle. Highly recommend this to all mama's.

This stuff has been so wonderful to use. It is gentle on skin and helps ease the healing from the body when rashes appear. Us parents have even used it when we have had issues, no shame because it helps!

My baby rarely has rashes but I use this when he does. No fragrance, I do think it’s a little oily if it sits for too long in the tube.

Burned my newborn. Moments after putting on this cream, which is so oily it's more like a lotion then a protection cream, she started to scream bloody murder until I cleaned it off. A day later she started to peel in that same area I put this cream. Please don't use this on your infants

I like that the product has safer and more naturally derived ingredients. I felt more comfortable lathering this on my child’s sensitive parts compared to other brands. However, it seems to be a lighter duty cream compared to desitin and Boudreaux’s buttpaste and also became very runny. It was not effective for my 1 year olds diaper rash. She doesn’t get bad diaper rashes very often, so usually when she eats citrusy foods, I liberally put on some diaper cream a couple times per day and it clears up within a couple days. Unfortunately this product did not help or prevent her rash from getting worse. Even with the cleaner ingredients, it’s Not worth 3x more money than the other brands when you use a whole bottle to no avail. Maybe others will have more luck or consider it for more preventative situations.
