Can be worn around waist or over shoulder. **TO GET THE CORRECT SIZE PLEASE MEASURE YOUR WAIST WHILE WEARING PANTS OR MEASURE A BELT THAT FITS. THE SIZE YOU ORDER IS WHERE THE MIDDLE HOLE WILL BE. DO NOT ORDER BY PANTS SIZE AS THAT IS NOT YOUR WAIST SIZE IT WILL BE A FEW INCHES TOO SHORT.** Only measure the length of the belt, do not include the buckle.
