This is very useful for people who wants to execise but wants to stay indoors. Lots of workouts you could do beyond just the chart it goes with, Ive been using it for three weeks now and Im loving them.

3 piece bar connects very easily. The holes are there... just run your finger along inside and you will feel them. Put each end into middle bar and rotate...the ends will click in. Can also disassemble bar. This was my concern when reading reviews, but no problem! Good for the price.

I’ve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasn’t interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. I’ve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. It’s easy to assemble. It’s easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I haven’t looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I don’t have a history of being an exercise junkie. I’d have to say though - this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so you’ll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. I’m feeling like this workout bar is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises I’ve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. We’re both pretty excited to see what our results might be!

Great quality and works really well

Product is great. Comes with everything needed for a total body workout. Exercise chart is great to reference the different exercises. Bands, handles, pilates bar, and ankle straps are good quality. Highly recommend.
