1105119 20-Ounce Oven Safe Meal Mug with Vented Lid, Blueberry

Purchased 9/2022. I got this because I started making "mug Meals". This is where you cook everything inside the mug - using a microwave, add & cook, add again & cook & you're done. This mug is of a good quality and good size for the meals. It comes with a top you can vent in the microwave & of course put on top of mug to keep meal warm. The mug itself is nice & thick to also keep meal warm. It's porcelain so it weights something - but because of this it conducts heat well & holds temp. It is also easy to clean & I haven't had any issues with staining from any type of food product, which sometimes happens with plastic based items.

This is my go to for reheating leftovers or heating up a can of soup. It is perfect! This replaced one I broke while cleaning and had been using multiple times per week for years.

This cup is well made, versatile, and well worth the money. Quality construction, nice design and colors. I use it to drink my morning coffee and later, tea. Combined with the COSORI Mug Warmer & Coffee Cup Warmer for Desk, upon which it fits perfectly, (also sold on Amazon), it keeps the tea piping hot until I have consumed it. Using the following as a guide, a Amazon Basics (Mr. Coffee) 5-Cup (25 Oz) Coffeemaker filled to the bottom mark of the 5th cup, will fill this cup to about 1/4 - 3/8 inch from the top, with a comfortable margin for slop without the included top, which seals splendidly and allows for steam venting or complete sealing. I am very pleased with this cup/mug!

I bought one of these - a white one - many years ago at a kitchen shop and loved it. I have always wanted another one, and this one is great! The color is nice and the lid is nice and snug - I was able to turn the blue tab on the lid to make venting easier. NICE!!

We were using hard plastic soup bowls with the hard plastic vented snap lids sold on qvc. Even though they claimed the product was okay for microwave use, the plastic inside the bowl would blister and the inside would stain from every item cooked. After only a few uses, we had to discard these very expensive bowls. I was happy to find this item, it is a really good microwave mug. It will hold one can of the progreso size soup with enough room to boil and no spilling over the sides. The lid a firm but flexible rubber like product, seals along the lip of the mug & also does well in the micro. Since the handle is solid, it does not become too hot to hold. The lid does become discolored from tomato based foods. Since I know it is clean, that does not bother me. My only con: the pricing. I selected Amazon prime for my purchase but during checkout it defaulted to a different seller. On my invoice I was was charged $12.97 not $9.99 as advertised. Of course Amazon quickly adjusted the error and refunded the difference. So watch for that during checkout. Yesterday, while shopping @ Meijers, I saw this same mug for $6.50. Same corningware logo etc, making it approx, 50% less than my online purchase. If you are watching your money, then check locally before you purchase.

Love this mug. Works well to heat soup on cool days.

This is my second mug I've purchased. I bring soup frequently to work, and I don't like using plastic when I'm heating up my food. The ceramic body is perfect and it holds a lot of food. The plastic lid has lasted several years for me. It gets discolored from sauces, but it still seals perfectly. I'll buy it again if it ever breaks, which I wouldn't expect to happen for a while!

Great product. Gotta be careful handles can break of fairly easily.
