All Natural Organic Vegan Hair Mask - The Sage Witch By Spirit Nest

For the past few months I have been using this about once every 5 days (which is how often I wash my hair in the winter). I moisten my hair and work it through and leave in for about an hour. Then I wash it out & use a little shampoo afterwards or a small amount of apple cider vinegar. So yeah I have been basically using this instead of doing a full wash and condition. It's winter and my hair is starting to silver and its just so dry, but this makes all the difference! My hair is shoulder length & has a wave. I am super sensitive to smells & the wrong scent will give me a migraine for hours (this stuff does not). I know everyone has diff. hair types and what works for one person might not for another but give this stuff a shot!

I tried it in different ways, and it works beautifully. I used prior to shampoo on dry hair, as a conditioner in the shower, and as a leave in just on the frizzy bits. I have fine, wavy, gray/colored hair. Texture is different than what you’re used to in a conditioner. It has a lovely light scent

This is an absolutely wonderful hair mask. I use it as a leave in conditioner overnight once a week to help with my frizz and smooth out my blond curls. Some times I mix it with liquid coconut oil to make it a little less thick.I love the scent it is exotic essential oils with refreshing undertones of citrus. It is not overpowering and it is a very natural scent. It leave the hair and skin with a lovely, sexy scent.It is quite thick and like a body butter (that is where I got the idea of using it as a body cream). It really moisturizes and soaks in well without being greasy. It is naturally bright orange from the wonderful oils and butters.I think $25 is a very reasonable price for the quality of the product. You don’t really need much in the hair and if you use it on your body a little bit goes a really long way.

I wanted so much to love this product and absolutely hated it. The packaging excited me when it arrived—it has such a nice, cute design and I immediately loved seeing it on my shower shelf. When I opened it to use the mask, I liked the dense feel of the cream on my fingers and was sure it would do a great job in hydrating my hair. Unfortunately, it did NOTHING for my hair and it actually felt like I had only shampooed it. I have fairly healthy hair, but it is professionally colored and highlighted, so I was hoping that a natural, vegan product would offset all the chemicals I treat my hair with. There was no smoothness, and it was difficult to detangle my long hair after the treatment. I also expected that given the ingredients, the product would have a better smell, but there was something slightly off-putting about it that I can’t quite figure out.
