They did not come with instructions, so you'll have to come back to the purchase page for them. They don't seem to cure under my lamp as I expected them to, but the directions on the page don't say anything about that anyways. Prime your stamper first, so that it's super sticky. It picks up from the plate much better that way. Quickly press straight down on the plate: don't roll the stamper. Then quickly press straight down onto your nail. Again, don't roll. So far, when I do the process correctly, I get good, clean lines. Alcohol and a q-tip is great for cleaning up the edges, like if you pick up extra color from the plate and it transfers to the nail. Colors are surprisingly opaque.
