I like that the item is what it says but I think my order was damaged from the driver after it was dropped on my concrete porch. The product was mostly all powder insence with only about 3 small chunks of benzoin. I won't order incense resins from Amazon again. If you want great quality order through a third party site that will send top quality product.

I had no luck with other incense resins. You’ll find a good couple of pieces and then they burn like plastic and I smell like crap. I’ve had nothing but luck with these people one of the ones I would use again

A bit pricy for the amount, great scent and I hope they provide the overall need I seek.

I bought both a tube of Sumatra and Palo santo from here and I can't say anything bad the smell is fresh and pleasant smelling without a waxy old oil smell other resin incense has I only wish they sold it in a bigger tube size love this product will buy again

Not much scent & an ounce isn’t much product. Got mostly small pieces but still glad I tried...

GREAT Quality product!

I am having an issue. What is going on here? Mines smells like burning tires. Even cheap Govinda resin has some sweetness to it. This stuff has zero sweet smell at all. I even tried burning on very low heat but still got the rubber smell.
