Will this work with powered subwoofer? Passive suboofer?

A Passive subwoofer would be my recommendation, the passive subwoofer depends on an external amplifier and this would be the external amp. If you use an Active subwoofer; it contains a built-in amplifier and the result would be overpowering the subwoofer and you will get adverse effects

how high does the subwoofer lowpass go? Can i push it up to around 500hz, or does it stop at, say, 150hz?

It can't 500hz, only be used in the range of 20-200hz.

Are the main L&R speakers full-range or high-passed? If they are high passed what is the cutoff frequency?

Both channels are full range, with separate bass/treble controls. I don't know what frequency the controls are biased at.
