Excellent product. I use it for 20 minutes first thing in the morning and for 20 minutes in the evening before I go to sleep. My anxiety has been improved drastically and I am also sleeping a lot better. Also great for pain relief after working out.

The quality is excellent and this has really helped to improve my sleep. The roller stick especially is so useful and is perfect for relaxing my leg muscles.This arrived so quickly and is exactly as described.Highly recommended!!

I was a bit skeptical about this but I do find that I rejuvenates my back muscles after exercise and I have been sleeping better. I use it most days now - still no idea what it does - I could just be a placebo effect.

The Matt is quite small but its big enough to do the trick.: it feels amazing when you lie on it

I bought this for my partner as a little gift to see if it would benefit his relaxation. To be honest I didn't think it would really work and I did wonder if the reviews were fake, but as it wasn't a large amount of money i thought I would give it ago.How wrong I could be? I tried it myself and for the first 5/10mins I thought this is doing nothing I just feel a bit of pain. After that I sunk into a deep relaxation, in my mind I was having wonderful images and it slowed right down. I had a ripple feeling which was going across my back which was pleasant afterwards. Towards the end I must of fell asleep as my partner said my name and I almost jumped out of my skin. Afterwards I had the best night sleep ever.

Has done nothing to help me sleep however I do enjoy laying on the mat before bed. I do feel it relieves tension. Takes a bit of getting used to and it is painful at first. But worth giving it a go and not a bad price either
