The first thing I want to say is that this product is a truly high tech and top quality cooktop. The finish is absolutely top notch and looks like you paid a fortune for it. Not sure where some of the less than favorable reviews are coming from! It's a huge leap forward from the cooktop (GE) that it replaced. The jets are precise and it includes a double boiler add on for the large (fifth) burner. Like all great chefs LOL, I refuse to cook on an electric stove! Let me also just say that I needed a white cooktop due to committing to all white appliances and this is white glass with a subtle, but elegant stainless steel banding around the edge. I absolutely love it!

I just had this installed and it took no time at all. It looks great and makes a great replacement for my old cooktop. Very easy to control the settings and looks to be super easy to clean. Highly recommend so far.

Installed cooktop for our new home. Because of the renovation construction, we couldn't test it properly before we moved in. Much to our surprise, out of all the 5 burners, only 2 work properly. One burner can't start the ignition spark, one has the flame went out the moment you release the knob, and the last one can only be ignited randomly. This is so disappointing because it's going to be a lot of work to replace the cooktop. Since the renovation work took several weeks, it's already past the 30 day return window. So far I have messaged the seller but haven't heard anything back. If they keep silent, I will have to request Amazon A to Z claim and have them reported. In the worst case, a credit card chargeback may be needed.

I love my new cooktop. I love the tempered glass top which is easy to keep clean. The burners are sort of disappointing when turning them on as if it’s not at a certain point on the dial the eye would go out. So I would have to figure out at what point will it stay lit. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to get it to stay lit. But otherwise it’s a beautiful stovetop.

it appears to be a quality product. would of liked for it to have a wider flange.

Beautiful and easy to install, it’s been three days Cooking has been extremely satisfying, delicious, very consistent heat cooks perfectly I really love my new inexpensive stove. Thank you hope this helps

First off, this wouldn't be so bad if there was an option for returns. The seller does not accept returns. We got this stove top and realized that it was inferior. -When we turn the burners down, the smaller ones go out. The cast Iron pot supports rusted within a week. Had we known, we would not have purchased.

If you have an older 30 inch cooktop you may have to enlarge hole by 1/4 inch other then that it has everything needed all burners work but one was a little tilted under the grill but still works or I would of given it 5 stars across the board also came one day early
