The instructions were not very clear about how much powder to use, so I probably used more than needed, but I added enough curd to make a creamy paste that was easy to apply. It felt soothing and cool at first, but after about 30 minutes my scalp started to burn and itch, so I decided to rinse it off early. After washing and drying my hair, I noticed it had taken on a reddish tint I was not expecting or wanting. The smell also lingered, strong enough that it took three washes before it was finally gone.
