These supplements really work! My Doctor at the VA recommended Red Yeast Rice for my high cholesterol. I can't take stations because of the side effects. I like that also contains COQ10! My numbers are much better now. It took a while to get the results (about 3 months). Of course, results may vary for each person. Love this product.

Great supplement, helps with cholesterol control

Unfortunately I couldn’t take it for more than a few days. I have GERD (controlled now with prescriptions and diet) and this supplement gave me horrible heartburn and reflux, so bad that reminded me when I wasn’t diagnosed yet. Heartburn wouldn’t go away with anything so I had to stop taking it because the acid reflux almost made me throw up. I really wanted to take this supplement. My bad cholesterol is a little bit high, so I wanted to improve it without medications. I’ll have to throw it away. Almost new but didn’t work for me.

Capsules are big. They are tasteless. So far no GI disturbance and hopefully if I take as directed my lab values in a few months will show a marked improvement. Price is good, comparable to others on the market.
