Update; I have now run over 1000 bags through this little machine with every one was perfect. It has now paid for itself and further air pillows will be only the cost of the empty bags. The bags remain filled and intact for many weeks.Pre-inflated air pillows have become so expensive, and my little business uses a LOT of void fill in my packaging, so in desperation I looked into making my own.The price for the machine was, I thought, quite reasonable, equivalent to 4 bags of the 330 count pre-filled I had been using. The rolls of bags are also inexpensive.I set up the machine this morning and (once I figured out which way was up on the roll of bags, LOL) the set-up could not be easier. The instructions are badly translated and not hugely informative, but once figured out, it a breeze.The bags move through the machine quickly and are easy to roll as the filled bags exit the sealing rollers. Just a few minutes was all it took to make enough for this day's packing needs. No underfills or flatsI have the air set at "7" for 4x8 bags; my only question would be how long the bags retain their air before they get flabby; this will determine whether I make just enough for present needs or make up several weeks worth at a time.This is just my first run with this machine but at this point I am 100% pleased

So far I have gone through 15k+ air pillows and it still performs like day one. This investment has already paid for itself a few times over, concidering the price of pre-made air pillows or even the ones that come with a manual pump. I only do 100-200 at a time, and never leave it on when not in use.If you are a work at home reseller, you need this!

I’m so very disappointed in this product! It worked fine the first couple times, then continually having problems. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times. They REFUSE to address this problem. They keep telling me to go ask Amazon. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Do not buy from this company!

We have a small business and ship 20-30 items out per day and this is ideal for us. Used up the sample 165ft bubble roll pretty quickly and have started on a 3000’ roll. Love the space it saves from from having rolls of bubble wrap around, and the machine has been perfectly reliable, makes air cushions fast enough, and being able to ‘size’ them to my needs is critical. Should have bought this years ago!

We sell a lot on EBay and was looking for something to make packing product with. This works great for the small pillows shown in the picture. It is easy to use and was very affordable. Once it is preheated it pumps the pillows out quickly. We leave it sitting on our office table and it doesn’t take up that much room. This packing pillow maker will last us a long timeThe only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I tried to use a taller film on it that had more of the bubble wrap design and it wouldn’t inflate them. I wish they would provide a bubble wrap film for this machine.
