I was not able to find any other touchscreen monitors of similar size that looked like they would work. I connected this (using 2 different cables, the USB cable included with the monitor and a micro-HDMI to standard HDMI cable that I ordered separately) and it worked immediately without having to mess with any settings. No 10-point touch on Linux, but that was expected, and not something I needed. The negatives: The cord cover panels on the back were a little difficult to remove - I thought I was going to break them in the process but fortunately didn't. The screen is also very reflective, which I knew from reading other reviews.
