The reviews on these were very hit and miss. I ordered the smores kind, and I was so happy. They are absolutely delicious, and the texture is great. My two complaints are the price is so high for what you get.. I'm frugal, and gluten free is expensive. I know that. But it still stings. The other issue I had was they got kind of soggy for lack of better explanation. I am the only one GF in our house of six, so I guard my expensive snacks. I ate 2-3 at a time over the course of ten days or so. By the end, it was like they'd been in a closed container with very high moisture. We live in high desert, and run a swamp cooler. This brings our humidity up, but nowhere near the level of a humid climate.
