Free Soul 12 x 50g Vegan Protein Bars – Plant Based Chocolate Protein Bar with High Protein – Delicious Dairy Free, Low Sugar, Low Carb Bars – Sucralose Free, Palm Oil Free – 15g of Protein per Bar

These bars are rapidly becoming my go to protein bar. I've tried pretty much every vegan bar, cookie, whatever that's available and these are the best. Very tasty, texture isn't at all bad for this type of product, follows the nougat with crunchies base and caramel/syrup layer top, wrapped in chocolate model, which is quite common now. But these are softer and less dry than average when not too close to date at least. The macros are fantastic, too many bars are fatty, these are 4-5g fat per bar, half what most are, whilst still giving 15g protein and as a result are only 150-158 kcal each. I've seen powders with worse macros. As to flavours, all great, raspberry is best for me.

These are sweet and don't leave any artificial taste. The chocolate is thick and melts nicely, doesn't taste that chocolatey though. and there's a lot of caramel which is nice, the texture of the bar is quite soft like nougat, softer than most protein bars i've tried. They aren't as good as other similar bars, and they don't taste like speculoos, but they're cheaper and I like them!

I really wanted to like these bars and stupidly bought a whole box due to the rave reviews and macros. BUT they are have a rather chalky texture and the taste is more bland than other brands. It is still sweet, but without any flavour. I can kinda deal with the flavour but the texture isn’t great. Get the small sample box from their website if you want to try these out otherwise you’ll end up with a “I’ll eat these as a last resort cuz I hate wasting food and money” sort of box.

These are REALLY nice, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture is nice, they're not overly dry like a lot of vegan bars suffer from. The chocolate is a lot nicer than most, as most of the crappy chocolate on protein bars has put me off a lot of them. The macros are attractive - i've been looking out for ones where the saturated fats aren't too high. 150 kcal makes these an easy addition to a day, and I reckon if you're trying to lose weight they'll be a great option for a sweet filling snack. By the end of a bar I have had enough and not looking for another, it's probably one of those where the first half almost tastes better than the second half.. I'm not convinced i'd have said speculoos from it, but I do like the taste, it's got the sort of warming/cinnamon vibe going on. Looking forward to trying some of the other flavours!

Absolutely delighted to have FINALLY found an incredible protein bar. After trying lot's of brands this is hands down the best protein bar that ticks all of the boxes. It's the perfect size - enough to be filling enough without becoming sickly. The flavour is spot on - chocolate caramel and peanut - bursting with flavour yet only 0.2g of sugar and 15g of protein per bar! I'm not a vegan but love the fact that this bar is vegan / plant based highlights he healthy goodness packed in this 50g bar! Highly recommend and grateful to have found my new everyday bar!

Bought these because the price to protein ratio looked good, the reviews looked very positive & they were vegan. Unfortunately whilst the taste isn't great (I can live with that), the best before date expiring in under 2 months means that I have to scoff all of these down. Disappointed.

Ordered a pack of five and the expiry date in Feb 2025 !!! I ordered in mid Jan. Insane for brands to send products that are so close to expiry date. The whole concept of buying in bulk is for it long last but what’s the point if it’s expiring in 10-15 days ??? The taste is actually awful I won’t be eating them. Absolute waste of money. I got so repulsed I won’t be buying anything else from them. Do better brands.

I think these protein bars are delicious! I love that they're vegan and contain no nasty sweeteners, such as sucralose. They are lower in calories than the alternative that I used to buy, and I think these taste better. I'm no body builder, just an ordinary person who is working hard on losing weight, and these are helping me when I haven't eaten enough, or I have one with a smoothie for breakfast.
