I knocked off a star because I really wish the set came with more foam filters! Fortunately I found some alternative foam filters to order in addition to the ones that come with this. Otherwise, they seem to work as expected.

Wonder Creature products are easy to use, long lasting and their customer service is responsive and helpful!

I like the fountain look, it's not noisy unless the water level goes down. I just hope she drinks out of it when I'm not watching her. I leave other water sources just in case.

My cats were afraid of a noisy plastic, fountain with free-falling water and only wanted to drink from dripping kitchen or bathtub faucets. It took them some time to get used to the fountain - they didn't like drinking from it on the floor but once we put it up on the counter they started using it. They especially like the water bubbling up on top but also drink the water flowing down the sides of the center piece and in the bowl. They drink a lot more than they did from a regular bowl which is what I wanted. It is very quiet, makes virtually no noise. It's easy to put together and clean and, since it is porcelain, is very nice looking.

I have been a customer with Wonder Creature since 2019. They have always gone above and beyond for me when I needed to purchase something from them. I always need more of the foam filters then the other since they ratio wasn't the same and they have always helped me there. Now with this pack offering I am set. I love being able to give my two kitties fresh circulating water and replace my filters monthly. I highly recommend their fountain and these filters. The entire cleaning process is easy and takes me less than 10 minutes to do. Great and friendly customer service if needed!

I purchased the cat fountain a few months ago and my kitties love it! As we want to make sure our kittens are getting clean water, these replacement filter packs are a must. Very well packaged and convenient as the are supposed to be replaced monthly. I appreciate the budget friendly pricing and that they come in a bigger pack that will last me a while. Definitely would recommend.
