will these keep out snoring better than foam earplugs?

I use mine for swimming, but considering I can hardly hear anything while they are in, I guess they would keep snores out! Mary

What is the reason that these cannot be worn with a swim cap? I have been using ear plugs with an ear bandit and a swim cap over that. Is this wrong?

I think because they are so sticky and will pull out against swim cap whereas the earbandit it neoprene. We now use silicone ones with swim hat much better and don’t disintegrate like these do.

are these reusable or just disposable after each use

I use them every day for swimming. They are very re-usable. Just dry off and then roll into a ball, one for each ear, and store in the little box provided. Eventually you will need to replace them, as I loose a tiny bit on my swimming cap each day. They really prevent water in the ear, which can be a problem for frequent swimmers who may get “swimmers ear”, from getting water in the ear.

Does anyone know the reason why it says you can not use these with a swim cap? my daughter has to wear a hat for club swimming/ long hair..

They are tacky so may stick to the inside of the cap and pull out of the ear as she swims
