What is the ph level of this water?

As long as it's close to 7, it doesn't matter. Anyone trying to measure this water will most likely get an incorrect reading, due to the fact that CO2 in the air instantly interacts with the water.

This question is old but the inaccurate answers bother me...so to clear things up, NO - THIS IS NOT DISTILLED WATER (although distillation is a method of purification). This particular water is purified by the process of reverse osmosis.
