It does the trick...
For the purposes I need it, the glue works. I make crocheted clothing for little dolls, and wanted to seal the ends of threads without have to weave them in elaborately, and add embellishments without having to sew them into place. (Picture of dolls above.) If used extremely carefully, the glue is perfect. It dries clear, firm, and very shiny. Since I didn't want the shininess to show, I used a pin to apply it where needed. For instance, when sealing the ends of threads, I'd apply a tiny speck of the glue to the thread before tucking it into the work so the glue would be hidden. The tip of the applicator applied way too much glue for this detail work. It also takes at least a half an hour to dry, so the item needs to be placed in a position to prevent parts from being attached to each other where you don't want them to be! When it's dry, the glue is immovable.By the way, I also have tried Dritz Fray Check. Dritz 1674 Fray Check Liquid Seam Sealant, 0.75-Ounce, 2-Pack This is far more subtle, but the seal is less than perfect and it emits toxic fumes.

Used to control joining knitting knots & this gel worked great.
I minimized amount of the gel and worked it deeply into the yarn. Dried firm and did not alter the color.I advise working it into the fabric carefully and to repeat flattening as it hardens. A little goes a long way.Is supposed to be water resistant and will hand wash carefully.Glad I found this solution. Hope it holds STRONG!

Didn't work for my itended purpose
So I think a lot depends on the fabric you are trying to repair. It was worth a try.

Fabric I glued came apart next day
I followed the instructions exactly but the fabric I glued together just came back apart the very next day. This glue doesn’t seem strong enough at all :( Disappointing.

Excellent Purchase!
So glad I bought this glue as I am using it for attaching my patches to my jersey! The glue works really well, is waterproof and you can washe your jersey in the washing machine and the patches will stay on! Works excellently! Good quality glue pen it does the job.
Neatly vacuumed sealed package pens. Definetly adheres well I haven't tried the more expensive glue pens so I can't compare with other brands I am happy with this product.Thank-you

Quick fix for on the go
This is not a permanent fix for work clothes that I was looking for. Need to keep looking. But it is okay for patch jobs on the go. But right on the package it says to wash on gentle and not hot water. Not good for my use. Thank you.
