I have used magnesium glycinate on its own for sleep and I LOVE IT! Decided to boost it a bit by adding Ashwaganda. Apparently it elevates it to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia…TRIFECTA! The pills are on the larger size, but well coated so they go down easy.

I really like this product as it helped me to relax and help me to sleep better. The pill is large, but I didn’t have any trouble swallowing it. I definitely would order again.

This product is a game changer. I've been a restless sleeper for most of my life. This, along with some sleepy time tea or some tart cherry juice, at night has been a game changer. I'm calm and sleep through most of the night without issue, and I don't feel groggy in the morning. This has been the only thing that has consistently worked for me.

Wonderful for sleep but it has one glaring problem... Magnesium Oxide - BAD Took this for 3 months. Sleep like a log. But here is what will eventually happen for most people. Very loose stools and even diarrhea every day. It's the Magnesium Oxide. It's absolutely horrible to take. So I had to switch over to something that did not have the Oxide in it. Find something with Ashwagandha and Magnesium Glycinate with no Oxie.

It’s good and works like a charm at night just note that the pills are quite huge and not like soft gel which makes easy to swallow but these are rough

If you are consuming this for better sleep, this definitely works but it takes a few days. Take this regularly and you'll notice better sleep and falling asleep quite quickly once you hit the bed. I would recommend this for sure to anyone suffering with sleep problems.
