I sleep on my sides and I used to wake up several times a night because my shoulders hurt and/or my arms were numb. The cut-out at the bottom of this pillow is genius! No more extra pressure on my shoulders! I can snuggle right in there and support my neck. I love it!I’ve tried a lot of adjustable pillows. I’ve tried a lot of pillows that “provide neck and shoulder support”. This pillow does it all. It has wonderful loft and I can double it up for extra back support when I’m reading in bed. Super soft, organic fabric and filler. Now I need to buy a matching one for the other side of the bed…

I was having horrible pains in my neck and sholder. I replaced my old pillows, which worked in the past but not this time. I invested in myself and bought this pillow. After several days of sleeping on the pillow and removing a little more stuffing each day, I ended up filling the bag that they sent with the pillow for the removed stuffing. Today makes day 7 of adjusting to this pillow and I wokeup with no pain, a little stiff but each day has gotten so much better. I am very happy to wakeup with no pain! It may take time to get the right firmness for you perhaps but I can say this pillow works very well for me.

When I first got the pillow it does have a very strong smell to it that took several weeks to go away even after washing the covers. The fill material has a strong smell.. not sure if it’s just he latex or some chemical something but I couldn’t even try it out for a while the smell was so strong. After using for a few months now, I love the contoured edge for side sleeping and neck support! The pillow is really dense and heavy though so it’s hard to move when changing position. I took out quite a bit of filling to soften it up. Overall I like the pillow. Close second to the temperpedic I had previously, I wanted something less toxic but now I’m not so sure based off the smell

I have been on a journey to achieve a decent night's sleep. What a drag!So I got a Honeydew Scrumptious side sleeper pillow March of last year. I loved it. Sadly, I find that exactly one year later I must replace it because the 'scrumptious' filler has started to clump. (See my product review for details.) It is no longer fluffy or malleable, making a once perfect light, fluffy pillow into a hard, clumpy, lumpy mound.So far, I have tried and returned 4 different crescent side sleepers with everything from memory foam to latex to wool filler. All were way too big (queen is the smallest available), way too heavy, and too bulky for me to manipulate or handle. Latex filled pillows are particularly brutish when it comes to weight and density of filler. Unfortunately, that includes this model of pillow.I'm 63, and have arthritis and musculoskeletal disabilities. Very challenging when you are lifting and flipping bedding.I struggled to get the item out of the package, and struggled some more to fluff it up and stuff it into a queen pillow case. Cleary, before I even tried it out, it was not a good fit for this old gal.It's going back. The search continues...

After 4 months of having this pillow it is completely flat and uncomfortable. The first few months were amazing. The pillow was very soft yet firm enough to support my neck throughout the night. I’ve tried fluffing the pillow as best I can but it is lumpy and uneven in most places. Now I am back to restless nights, this pillow did not stand the test of time. Way too expensive to only last a few months.

I've had many pillows over the last year trying to find the right "fit" for my neck. I'm a back sleeper but tend to also turn side-to-side. This pillow worked great right out of the box! I snuggled the ends while sleeping on my sides and then while on my back, my head sunk perfectly as not to hurt my neck! I can't believe it! I liked that it had a little bag for taking out some of the stuffing, but I found that I did not need to take any out. I made my boyfriend order one too since he kept stealing mine! We love them!

I wanted to love this pillow since it has so many 5 star reviews and I thought the fact that the comfort is adjustable that I could make it work. It is beautifully made, however, after sleeping on it a few nights I removed some of the filling to make it softer. I tried a few more nights of sleeping on it and it was still not soft enough and my head actually hurt. I removed more of the pillow fill but this still didn't work for me and in order to get to sleep I had to use one of my old pillows. It was also a struggle to insert this pillow into a pillowcase because of the shape, size and very heavy weight. Unfortunately, I will go back to purchasing inexpensive pillows that only last a short time.

I have had both neck and back problems my entire adult life and finding a comfortable pillow has always been a challenge until now.I am both a side sleeper and sometimes a back sleeper but always seem to wake up with a stiff neck. This pillow is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried. Not to soft and not to firm it is literally the perfect fit!

I don't usually write reviews but am compelled to. This pillow is a god send, I have neck issues along with migraines and this pillow offers total relief. I guess you could say I am a pillow junkie as have never found one I like, until now. This pillow is beyond comfortable, it is cool at night with the right support without even having to take extra stuffing out. Thank you so much for bringing all night relief. Can't recommend this product enough.
