This is the best Bike lock I have ever gotten . I purchased 2 of these , one for each of our E-Bikes . One night at a campground someone tried to steal our bikes and they could not cut through the chain. It is a heavy thick , very durable chain . I have since purchased one for our genny on our RV . The lock is covered so it won't get wet or dirty .It comes in many lengths and with multiple keys .

This lock is very strong. Not too heavy easy to use and I use it on all of my bikes.

Stout lock. Locking mechanism is a little finicky to get all the “gates” set for the key to go in but definitely a great deterrent based off looks alone. The “sheath” isn’t as durable as I would like but it doesn’t effect the performance of the lock so not a deal breaker imo.

Best bike lock i ever tried. Comes with 2 keys and has some weight to it. Very easy to use on the daily. I do a figure 8 wrap around the rim. I forgot I left it on there one time, started up my bike and tried to take off. I jerked hard and broke my chain guard. Very reliable

While kind of 'pricey' the thought of losing an item that's costly itself & a necessary form of transportation these days was a huge factor in selection of this security device. As the collapse of society seems more evident every day, the thought of some miscreant 'Coming-Up'... was another motivating factor in investing in a good locking device. This lock is a Beast. It is quite heavy, so those concerned about weight may want to reevaluate choices. In this case, weight wasn't so much an issue. Theft deturent WAS. Cable bike locks can easily be cut with simple cheap cable-cutters quickly. This lock? Not so much. Can it be cut? Yup. Quickly & quietly? Nope. Can it be picked? Yup. Quickly? Nope. Good thick high-test chain was only option. Not liking paint or frame damaged by intense rubbing and/or chain banging, a high-quality sheath was highly motivational in this selection. While the weight can be a drawback, another small issue is the lock cylinder can be a bit finicky at times. However this can be sort reassuring in of itself, by being rather difficult for a novice 'picker' lacking proper tools. Appearance was another deciding factor as it looks tough, rugged & matches bike styling. And... in a 'pinch'...it could make a hellva defensive weapon. 'Peace-of-Mind'... Who can put a price on that? When a beloved 'high-value' item has to be left unattended, it's nice to see that it's... "Right where I left it".

feels very solid. wish it came in a longer size, and the key is annoying in my pocket cause it's so long, but it does the job of keeping my bike safe.

I am really impressed with the lock. It strikes a great balance between price, weight, and sturdiness. I feel more confident when securing my bike trailer with this lock. J ai acheté cet antivol pour ma trottinette speedway 5 . Elle passe sans problème dans les interstices en aluminium et assez longue juste comme il faut pour pouvoir l'attacher. Toujours satisfait de la marque kryptonite . Elle fait son petit poid mais ça reste raisonnable .

I bought this to replace a cable bike lock I was using, as trying to uncoil the wire was time consuming and irritating. While I don't think this would prevent someone determined to steal your bike, it's very sturdy and will buy you time. The unit is kind of heavy but the sleeve around the chain makes it very smooth and comfortable to work with. As people have mentioned, the key is a little tricky to get in the right way as there seem to be multiple free rotating discs that need to be lined up for the key to be inserted all the way. I suspect this is an intentional design to combat someone trying to pick the lock. Overall I'm happy with it.
