Good enough, glad they make these! Definitely haven't gotten the angle down the way the chiro's fits. Might not be possible, it's well made but not super well designed, if that makes sense.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I honestly think everyone should have one to relieve neck stiffness and tension. It was a little confusing to figure out at first, but I found a quick tutorial on YouTube. After using it, I felt so relieved and honestly happy, it really works!

Did exactly what is says! I had a pinch in my neck and had massage therapist work on it and a great chiro but neither could remedy the disc or the pain. I had a friend work with me to slowly try to decompress my spine. We finally gave it a good tug and pop!! Wow what a relief as the kink and pinch instantly went away !
