OspreyTransporter 65 Unisex Duffel Bag Smoke Grey - O/S

I use this bag as spare when travelling. I big enough to fit all my clothes, and portable enough to pack inside my other luggage when I am not using it. Useful as backpack also.

I do search and rescue and this bag has already gone many places it gets tossed around rained on and truthfully it’s one of the best bags we own so much so we have 2 of them and plan to order more very soon

Great, roomy, awesome value

You can fit a lot of stuff in the cavernous bag. 2 weeks of clothes for a summer vacation in Italy (shorts, polo shirts, etc). Glad I bought this instead of the smaller one. I can get pretty heavy and bulky though when fully stuffed.

I ordered this Osprey transporter 65L at the beginning, then size up to 95L, after received 2 of them, 2 bags are designed and function the same, just size different. I decided to return the 65L and keep the bigger one because of the larger storage spaces. However, when I practice loading stuffs in it, I feel like carrying it on the back for a walking trip might be a concern of the weights. It's not practical to my need. So I ended up returning the 95L bag, and re-order the 65L. It's more reasonable with loading weights on me. I placed 2 sofa cushions to it and still have some spaces left. Also, It could be tricky to make it passes the airlines requirements for carry-on. The bag has very simple and straight forward design, the material and workmanship are good. One thing I noticed that the company took away the detachable shoulder strap feature, only left the detachable backpack straps to it. Also, the bag can be packed into the mesh bag when not using, and the mesh bag can be used for one of the packing cubes. I highly recommend to use packing cubes into the beautiful 65L transporter.

I'm going on an adventure trip to Belize next year and got these because much of the areas I will be going to will have sandy roads and won't be suitable for rolling suitcases. I've heard great things about Osprey products and now I know why they have such a good reputation. I got this bag and a 95L and I have to say these are rugged, well thought out and well made duffel bags.Each bag comes in it's own storage pouch. Word of warning. REALLY pay attention to how they pack them in so when you put it away you won't struggle with it too awful much! That said I REALLY appreciate how little space this takes up when not in use.Once open there's a TON of room. I stuffed it with 3 standard pillows to photograph and test it and there was still plenty of room. Internally there are 2 compression straps and a small mesh pouch at one end. The top has 2 zippers and when worn as a backpack, the flap covers the zip to reduce the chance of water infiltration. Inside that flap you find the straps that convert the bag to a backpack. The attach onto the bottom where there is a clip that has a flap to protect it when not in use. On one end there is another small zippered pouch where you can access a tag window for your ID info or whatever.There are plenty of hand straps for carrying and moving it around. Everything is well constructed and reinforced. Now I have to decide which size will be most suitable for my trip. I'm glad I have the ability to choose ... this one holds plenty but the larger one may be necessary for all my gear. Most certainly once I have my SCUBA certification I will need the 95L one for that so I know both will get a lot of use!
