It is an excellent raw honey which tastes great. According to Puremiel's website: "Treatment of the product is minimal and is simply based on the extraction and packaging, so you're getting a 100% natural". I have tried a lot of different honeys and Puremiel honeys are certainly among my most favorite. I do not like the glass jar though, it looks cool, but it is very narrow and, as a result, it is hard to get honey from it (especially after honey crystallizes).
