Worked well.
I bought in September 2021. It was so handy for dirt and pet hair. However it just stopped working so I’m upgrading to the Sweetva 2000 since I didn’t buy a warranty.

Llegaron bien. Idénticas a la descripción.
No me agradó que tardaron mucho en llegar. Me agradó que fue según la descripción del artículo y las enviaron súper bien empacadas. Eran para regalos.

Frank died.... 😭😭
We named him 'Frank'...Frank was lazy and extremely reluctant to do his job. We argued every single day until he finally passed away. R.I.P Frank 🙏😇😪😢😢On a more serious note... this thing is a piece of 💩. Do not waste your money. It didn't vacuum very well. Had so many problems connecting to wifi. Could NEVER find his way back home to the dock. It would clean then randomly stop and not want to start back up. Then eventually, it wouldn't start up at all anymore. It turns on but when u press the clean buttom... it just beeps twice then sits there and does nothing. We've only had this thing for less than a year and hardly got to use it at all. Waste. Of. Money. And waste of time... because I spent too much time toying with this thing to try and get it to work. .

Wandering around aimlessly for hours
I've had too many of these robots to count, so I've learned how to maximize their output. This one isn't bad, but it does have some flaws in its design. The first thing to note is that some vacuums move about in a methodical pattern, recording where they went so they can avoid retracing their steps. Not TCL. TCL has to be the slowest bot I've ever owned. The room I use it in is our gym, which is 10 foot square. It's tiny, but it easily takes over a half hour to clean it. 3 out of 5 stars. The suction also matters. This bot's suction is fine, but its filtering isn't, because of the mechanism inside. It uses a single filter, which doesn't pick up much. I clean my bots every week (I have two others in adjacent rooms), and they pick up way more than the TCL. 3 out of 5.The pathfinding back to the charger matters too. The charging base is very light but doesn't move too much. About one of every ten days, the TCL doesn't make it base to the base. 4 out of 5 stars. The TCL also suffers from having a button that doesn't do much besides blink. Blue when charged, yellow when charging, and that's it. There's an app, which I used to set up so that it runs at midnight, and it does so faithfully. But I end up using the remote to send it back to the base, because there is no "return to home" button. You just press the button and it's on or off. 3 out of 5 stars.Overall, for the price, there are better bots. It works well enough, but the limited functionality and the fact that it is incredibly slow (because it vacuums randomly) is a deal breaker for me.

Constant errors
It can be running on flat, hardwood, no obstructions, and still have an error. I can only run it while I'm available to babysit it. The brushes have potential to work well, but only ork sometimes. Sometimes, it works great and is a huge time saver. I think it worked better and more consistently when I first got it. I bought it in January, so it hasn't been a year, but I can't return it or request a refund. Don't waste your money for a few months of convenience. You get what you pay for with this vacuum.

It was a great robo vacuum - seems to be built very well, and the price was nice lt
After sweeping my apartment, I run the vac and it picks up a whole bunch more dirt that I must've missed...

Great product for price!
This is a great product for the price. I have 3 dogs and two cats. I use it daily to pick up animal hair and love it!
