Brute ForceKettlebag and Plus Bag Parent

Not sure what everyone else was talkung about. Easily got a bag of Pavestone Natural Play Sand into the bag with plenty of room for the handle. This includes adding a 13 gallon trash bag as a moisture barrier without cutting access to seal. Perfect size along with shape and room to toss around.

uses it as max weight and can even train sand bag toss for height.

As other reviewers have mentioned, filling it completely with sand will only give you about 35 lbs max weight. If you want to get it to 45 lbs, you will have to find a more dense media to fill it with. For the weight, it is very bulky compared to a similar weight iron kettlebell. It's at least as large if not larger than a 48 kg iron kettlebell. The opening to fill it is rather small. One pro is that it is good for training on more delicate floors such as wood, tile, linoleum, etc. If traveling by air, you could empty it and refill it when you get to your destination. Good quality materials and construction. Since it is a sandbag, it is more unstable than a regular iron kettlebell and harder to control, so it is more challenging.

Quality seems good, I like that it's American made...That said, with sand only I got a max weight of 37lbs. 8lbs short of the advertised max. Maybe it will settle some and I'll be able to add more but I filled it to a point where I had a tough time tucking the inner bag back in to zip it shut... Not sure I'll be able to get more in and still get it shut as designed.

The media could not be loaded. Horrible stitching on the inside Velcro. There is one stitch for a huge 5 inch section, which makes it very difficult to open and soon that one stitch will pop. I am afraid the bottom of the Velcro is stiched similarly and will not hold up. I have asked for a replacement and will update depending on how the replacement is.
