I am comparing this product to the Perfect Keto Brand collagen peptides w/ MCT oil, as that is what I usually use. I purchased this product because it appears to have more volume after settling for the cost, plus, it's locally made here in Florida, and I prefer to support local businesses when possible. I am one week in, using half a scoop in my morning coffee, exactly as I use my regular brand. This does dissolve better, so I like that. Some unflavored powders have an after taste - not this one. So, high marks for dissolvability and taste. It also adds a nice creamy texture to my coffee. However, compared to my normal brand, I am not seeing or feeling benefits as quickly. Normally, I physically feel less pain in my joints, and smoother, tighter skin literally over night. I also experience significantly improved cognitive endurance with my original brand, which is important to me because I am finishing up a doctorate program, doing heavy duty work before and after my normal work day. With this product, I am definitely not getting the physical or cognitive boost I was looking for in a comparable time frame to my preferred brand. I don't normally take the full recommended portion, but will work up to a full scoop over the next several weeks to see if that makes a difference, and will update then if there are any changes.

All containers are not always the same. I have purchased 5 or 6 of these containers. Some times it seems to be more like a creamer and other containers not at all. Don't understand why it is not always the same.

Have been on Keto for several months. I was very sceptical about all the hype with "MCT oil." After studying up and screening reviews, I gave the Leftcoast Performance brand a try. I can confirm product claims and feedback from previous reviewers: Easy to use unflavored powder has no taste/aftertaste, dissolves perfectly (in hot coffee), and to my pleasant surprise (and delight), positively enhances my mental clarity, mood, and energy levels, and reduces cravings/hunger. To be cautious and minimize potential gastric distress, I did start out with 1/4 scoop for the first week, gradually working up to a full scoop--worked for me. Leftcoast Performance customer service sent a coupon offer to use with next Amazon purchase. I am now taking advantage of this great promotion after using this powder long enough to fully realize its proven benefits for me. Really satisfied with this powder and the company. Will be looking into other products.

I did not care for the flavor in my coffee. I actually ordered it 2x but doubt I will again. I prefer ot yo not change the flavor of my coffee.

I used this product in my Bullet proof Coffee ☕️. I enjoyed the clean enery I got from the MCT. It seemed to not have a flavor, which is important.
