They work as advertised to take the edge off your hunger. The strawberry-cream taste is mild but pleasant; if you've ever tasted powdered coffee creamer, it's somewhat reminiscent of that, but better tasting than that might imply. Each tablet is twenty calories, and twelve of them have 100% of the USRDA of vitamins and minerals so, if you eat nothing but 12 of these in a day, you're still getting some vitamins and minerals to sustain you.
