Q: Do these work well in "cmple – 3 port decora wall plate 1-gang keystone decora insert, jack single gang decora wall plate" (asin b07pxhlzd5)?

They seem to be close enough in fit and finish to fit any typical keystone jack device. I used them in a Tripp Lite 12-Port Keystone Blank Patch Panel RJ45, USB, HDMI, Cat5e / Cat6 Rackmount Unshielded 2URM TAA (N062-012-KJ) at work and they fit fine. I've used similar blanks in Decora plates similar to yours and never had a problem. I plan to use these again in an upcoming home networking project, but with a higher capacity patch panel blank.

Q: Would these be a good option for childproofing? I cant seem to find anything else for phone/internet jacks.

No. These are made to fit empty openings in keystone wall or rack-mount jack panels. They will not fit into a wired outlet fitted with a RJ45 network jack or RJ11 or 14 telephone jack.

Q: Do these work with Riteav wall plate?
