Thy do not offer free returns
The only problem was I had to return as they come up small and that cost me £15 normally a return label would be seny so no would not buy again from this company

Some initial headaches but they made good.
Initial shipment was missing toe stops. After some hiccups seller made good. Product is solid and a good value for the price. We're happy and would recommend to other buyers.

The size chart is inaccurate
I have loved Rydell skates for years but the size chart was in accurate and caused me to have to order multiple pairs to fit the skates. Leather was too tight. It hurt my feet so I sent them back not very comfortable.

Love these. Fit as expected
Love these. Fit as expected, even when my foot is a little wider than normal. I was scared about ordering a size 6 when I am a size 7-7 1/2 in womens, but it fits nicely. Took these out for a spin at the local rink (since these are indoor wheels it comes with) and it has very smooth turns, not stiff, which I hate stiff axles. Great for the price.

Great skates.
Great for derby, really love these skates. Fit well, wheels are a little hard, which took some adjesting especially for plow stops and such. Besides that, they are really great.
