Put the legs on the stand so that the front legs are shorter than the back legs. There should be about 4 inches more above the leg bracket than then front. This should provide a 15 degree slope or, one inch per foot of drop. Check the water flow over the riffles and adjust the stand as needed. 2. Unbolt the flare and set it aside. 3. Bolt on the header box in the same place where you took off the flare. 4. Place the sluice with the header box on the stand with the end without the header box under the slot on the stand. There are also side supports on the sluice stand. 5. Place the pump in a bucket and in the stream or in a tub filled with water if using indoors. 6. If using a tub, place it under the discharge end of the sluice so you can recirculate the water. Place bucket with holes around the top in the tub to catch the waste material so it does not get sucked up by the pump. Now you are ready to run your material! Good luck getting the gold!

Small package, big results.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Â I think i finally have this dialed in. I swapped the carpet for dream mat. Just need to work on a better filtration process before I ruin the pump. Connected the pump to a small inverter (located in the black and yellow tool box) for constant power. Runs like a champ now.

Good u.s.a. made sluice
My 1st sluice/high banker.works great.just adjust your angle and flow so your water is going over the riffles correctly.i replaced original carpet with green miracle mat riffles and was easier to clean out the fines.the carpet it came with worked great but the green Matt cleaned out easier.ive only used this at home/set up as powered high banker,and that set up is what this review refers to.

although there is only fine gold in our area
the wife ordered one to try a bit of gold prospecting .although there is only fine gold in our area , she was able to find 7 small flakes the first time out . using 3 gallons of classified material .I was expecting a tiny joke of a power sluice when she ordered it . but was surprised to see it was not as small and wimpy as expected . so I ordered one also . so now I am getting crap from her for the crap I was talking when she ordered one lol

Not worth the money.
Want sturdy. Legs didnt. Fit right which made it rock. Frame from the led broke. After 2 uses contacted seller they were. Rude.
