This 66fit balance/ Rocker board is a sturdy bit of kit, made of wood with rubber grip may on top. This has 3 fittings that slide on and off a dowel underneath, changing them takes seconds. There is a rocker/ see saw attachment and 2 half sphere fittings of different sizes. Each fitting takes a slightly different range of motion and skill set to master. It's a lot harder than you would think and I have been a skateboarder/ surfer for longer than I care to remember. It helps a lot with proprioception and mobility and is fun to use.

Great, sturdy and well made product but not suitable for use on a hard floor as it will slide about.I stuck on some rubber pads which has done the job.

This is a great product for working on balance and increasing strength in feed, ankles, claves, thighs and hips, can also helps with core work. Can use a few mins every day during work, whilst on a call, watching TV...anytime anywhere. Great product.

The wobble board is large and the three attachment mean there are lots of things to do on it. Great for ankle stability

Nice to use nd versatile, but the hardwood hemi-spheres are likely to create excessive stress to softwood or chipboard floors (or to carpet, lino etc).

Board and attachments have a good solid feel to them. Loses two stars because the rocker is very smooth and so the board can spin around on it and shift when rocking back and forth. Sounds like a big deal but a strip of sports tape either side of the rocker fixed the problem. Still, it’s a fundamental issue, so 2 stars off.

This is a solid puce of rehabilitation kit or for general fitness and core stability training. It comes with a rocker piece, and 2 sizes of wobble piece. I'm using for post surgical rehab and haven't yet progressed onto the wobble. The pieces attach securely (maybe too tightly?) & overall very sturdy. My 17/18 stone hubby can use it too without it breaking!!

Super planche d'équilibre, elle semble très solide, elle est très agréable à utiliser et les différentes possibilités d'usage sont pratiques. Elle correspond tout à fait à ce que je souhaitais. Habe diese Platte gekauft, um mein Knie nach einer Verletzung wieder zu trainieren. Die verschiedenen Aufsätze sind ideal, um verschiedenste Übungen durchzuführen. Kann das Balanceboard nur empfehlen. Vor allem der Preis ist top und deutlich günstiger als ein vergleichbares Produkt (mit wechselbaren Ausätzen) anderer Hersteller

Come runner lo uso per eseguire esercizi di ginnastica propriocettiva per problemi alle caviglie/ginocchia. Quindi non lo uso come presidio per riabilitazione a seguito di infortunio. Si possono eseguire tanti interessanti, difficili ed utilisimmi esercizi, è sufficiente cercare in rete.La fattura è ottima: legno bello robusto e pedana antiscivolamento. E' ampia per eseguire molti diversi esercizi. E' fornito di diversi supporti, in particolare due semisfere di diverso diamentro e l'utilissima pedana basculante per avere un vincolo sulla oscillazione sul piano sagittale o frontale a seconda di come ci si dipone sulla pedana.Questi presidi riabilitativi si dovrebbero usare anche se non ci si deve riabilitare perché sono fondamentali per poter ottenre e mantenere un buono assetto muscolo tendineo, per diverse tipologie di sport.

La consegna è stata come sempre puntuale, l'oggetto che sto usando da circa due settimane appare come descritto, robusto e stabile per ora non ho riscontrato difetti o problemi. COnsigliato
