I use this to add to my adrenal mock-tails for the vitamin c. I like how this is a natural source of vitamin c. The taste isn’t great alone, but I can deal with it when mixed with something else. It doesn’t dissolve great, I have to stir it quite a bit and still not all of the clumps dissolve. It works for what I’m looking for though.

My nutritionist/wellness physician recommended this to me as a good firm of vitamin c. I add it to my filtered water, coconut water, sea salt and lime juice drink I have everyday to replenish my electrolytes

I love the quality of this product and the mild flavor. It gets a bit chalky when added to water, and it’s hard to break up the powder. Overall I think it’s worth it for the vitamin C and antioxidant benefits.
