My cat loves playing with certain toys, but they keep going under the couch and chair. So I bought this and put it up against the chair and the toys just bounce right off now. I love this product! I wouldn’t use it for keeping a cat or a dog out of an area, but I definitely would suggest it for keeping toys from going under and getting stuck under chairs and couches.

We purchased this item to stop our cats from getting under the bed but due to the flimsy nature and not enough fastening materials, our cats could slip right around it. We are quite disappointed that this product did not serve it's purpose and now sits in our closet because it's safer for us to have access to the cats under the bed than for them to be able to squeeze past the blockers and not be able to reach them incase of an emergency. I would not recommend this for pets or children... I'm not sure that I would recommend it for anything!

Does keep cats from under the bed. No instructions on how to assemble were included. I had to look it up on video. Would like a couple shorter piece because the length was a bit much for my bed size. (Full length and half given; a fourth size would have worked perfect but not included.)

I have a cat who is terrified of thunderstorms and hides under my bed and pees. It's awful, gross, and SO difficult to clean. Jackson Galaxy also made a good point it's not good for animals to hide under beds in case of emergencies where it would be difficult to reach them. So, I searched around for ages, tried a couple different things, but this so far is the only thing that has actually worked. I have a king size bed, and ordering two packs of these worked well. I have them more under my bed (i.e. not leaning against the outer frame of the bed) because I didn't want them visible. A couple I was able to kind of jam into place under the wood frame to keep it more steady. I put the ones closest to the head of my bed perpendicular, and put a heavy book on the other side so he could not push it. It sort of looks like this under my bed: ]___[ if that makes any sense! It has worked for over a month and I am going to get some more for my sofas!

I ordered this because my cat chewed through some wires under my expensive adjustable bed and I wanted to stop it from happening again after the repair. It's easy to install and sturdy, but the adhesive leaves a bit to be desired. Of course the cat made it her life's mission to defeat the barrier and regain access to the land of wonders that is under the bed, so I had to reinforce it with stylish white duct tape in every area her little raptor paw could fit. That was just the first night. We'll see what her next move is and how I need to respond. I know this is not over. But if you just need it to stop toys from getting lost under the bed, it's great! If you're trying to keep Satan in feline form out, good luck!!
