Making it takes lots of patience. My bag had an alternative set of instructions on the flip side haha, but I kind of just did my own thing. They cook about equally in the microwave vs. stove top. Texture is softer/weaker than the real thing. Amazing macros. Only real downside is the price. I should've checked closer before buying as there's only 4 servings in a bag! You can only scramble with it, not bake as the packaging says. When you do follow the directions the scramble splatters and it makes very wet, runny scrambled eggs. If you like that texture, you may like this product. The package is just sitting in my fridge waiting for a rainy day when I am desperate for "eggs".
