I wanted the full 70 watt LED output rather than the less expensive security lights that were around 35 watts. The previous fixture was already mounted on a 'bent' arm so it was just a matter of removing the old and installing this new one. The installation couldn't have been easier. The lumen level and light area 'throw' are excellent and it has been working perfectly. Review: Too bad the photocell is junk - I purchased this light as a gift and installed it a few days ago only to find out that it cycles on when it should be off and stays on all day . Not sure if it will ever turn off. Other than the obvious photocell problem, it seems to light well and is quite bright.Too bad the photocell is junk !
