These look really nice, the only problem is the mechanism inside for the two switch isn't the same way up, so both switches will never be off or on together. Doesn't matter how you wire the wires, the actual fused mechanism is opposite to each other. Resulting in a non uniform double switch. Bad design.

Ordered and came incorrect, these things happen and they sent a replacement which was received on the same day. Can’t argue with that service.I had been having issues with my lights in the front room, re-wired the lights and still nothing. Thought I’d try new switches to replace the dimmers. Had two installed in 30 mins, hey presto lights worked!My only advice would be not to overtighten the screws that hold the faceplate, it will bend the plate if not careful.

Overall it's good and does its role, however, is not for every application. If you replacing your switch, which typically sticks out from the wall by 5-10mm (housing) then this may be difficult to fit if there is not enough cable in the box inside the wall as it's intended to be flat with the wall hence you need extra space to push inside and sometimes it may be a problem.

It is a double switch which seems to be of good quality. It was easy to install with good-size connectors for the wires. My only criticism is that the product is advertised as coming with 2 sets of screws 30mm and 50mm. It only comes with 30mm screws. I had returned an earlier purchase because I thought it was an error that the 50mm screws were missing and I specifically required the 50mm screws. However, the latest purchase was not supplied with them either which was annoying. I had to make a special trip out to our local corner-shop DIY store to purchase them. Were it not for this I would have given an overall 5* rating and 4* for VFM.

Good looking, but will only fit in box over 35mm in depth, I live in an older house with surface mount boxes 25mm, the switch design will not fit so had to buy all new boxes only to find when I fitted switch plate it distorted when tightening and does not look good because of the reflections due to highly polished plastic finish.
