Great product very solid
It works very well for me, value for the money felt reasonable to me. It did not mess with my stomach or anything like that. I have taken L-Theanine products for years to manage stress and I do like these because they are extended release and seem to last me through the night. Focus wise it calms the overthinking thoughts to where I can focus on what I need to get done. Next time I order some more I’m going to get a bigger bottle.

If you suffer from anxiety, this product will definitely help you. On days that I feel extra overwhelmed. I take one in the morning and one at night. I also take with ashwagandha, life changer! It's easy to swallow and very effective.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This is a high quality and strong dose of L-theanine. The dose is far too strong and potent for me but some people might find that to be a good thing. It is very sedating. If I use it I need to break it in half. It's so strong that I don't use it very often but it's good to have on hand just in case.
