This is an excellent trache tube holder for children - very strong velcro grip, but very soft and can be worn directly. With previous ties we've had to use a mepilex/duaderm and a barrier cream to prevent sores, but no issues with these over the last year. One minor point they do stretch a little when wet and it is worth checking retightening if they get soaked.
