The packaging is like a carmex tube, but the product is much, much better. You squeeze just a little out and apply it to your lips, and voila! Your lips stay moisturized for hours! Carmex I had to apply once every hour, Country Stream I only apply three times daily. I will definitely re-buy!! Shipping takes a little while since it's coming from Japan. I think mine came in two weeks, definitely no longer. It may have been more like 10 days.
