Does this also fit a fold 2?

I would have to say 'no: because the install plastic template would not fit the Fold 2.

How does this protector hold up in the cold?

it feels better than the factory screen protector

This come with the base for easy installation, where can i buy just the exact screen protector that can be use with this installation kit ???

Avoid at all cost. My insurance company gave me a free upgrade because the fold 3 has a classaction lawsuit against samsung

Does it comes with the installation kit?

If you install it properly and take your time with it, you should be satisfied with the result. I have bought 2 of these back in October 2022 (1 to install and another for backup) and have not installed the first one that well, but have been able to use it till March 2023, which I then replaced it with the backup. This time around it fit much better than the first. Planning to order another one or two as this feels better then the original and the tools make it easier to install with minimal mistakes. My second attempt was miles better than the first, so when this breaks, I'm sure the third will be the charm.
