...rather than the traditionally available pharmaceuticals
We use day and night time AnxiClear (AC) for our 28 year old son John, who has cerebral palsy. John has difficulty swallowing things he cannot chew, so we pry open the caps and empty the powder into pudding. Before AC, and sometimes to the point of tears, John was unable to reach appropriate behavior. Now with AC John can better access satisfactory behavior. And night times are better also: Getting ready for bed rituals and the sleeping cycle itself; well improved. We sincerely hope we are better off using a "natural solution" rather than the traditionally available pharmaceuticals. Perhaps Consumer Health will consider a long-term-user-pricing-structure?

If you have anxiety, try these!
A little background: I have mild cerebral palsy which affects my right arm and leg and they are a little weaker than my left side so I have a little trouble with balance. I began having anxiety once I turned 30. I believe I've always had underlying anxiety all my life and it had finally come out. When it first started, I had no idea what was going on. I had a hard time being in crowds or in front of people speaking. I would get lightheaded and close to passing out. Once at the grocery store, it had gotten so bad I thought I'd really pass out. My balance would become worse because I felt like people were looking at me and I didn't sleep much and if I had to cross the street to get into a store I'd sprint fast so I could grab a grocery cart to keep my balance. Having anxiety and not sleeping is a bad combination. A year or so later, I went to my doctor who diagnosed me with generalized anxiety and prescribed Paxil. I took that for 3 days and felt like I was floating which just made my anxiety worse. So I quit taking the pills and decided I needed to just find a way to deal with my anxiety. Over time, I learned to manage it as best as I could. Some ways I managed to cope with it was by thinking of my favorite song or I'd pretend a good friend was walking with me as I was in a crowd or crossing a busy street. Recently, I was told a family member of mine was getting married and I'd be her fiance's best man. I'd have to stand up in front of everyone for a long period of time. So I went to the Amazon website and searched for anxiety meds and started researching. What I noticed was there are a lot of natural anxiety pills available and that was a big plus for me because my body reacts badly to most medications. I wanted to only look at verified purchases because a lot of the reviews seemed fake. I came across AnxiClear and liked the reviews I was reading. I did not like the price tag at 49.99 a bottle but I had to try something. It arrived a few days later. The first thing I noticed is that when you open the bottle they smell bad but there's no taste when you swallow them. I have taken 2 pills in the morning sometimes 3 and 2 at night (with the AnxiClear night pill). When I first began taking them, I was tired but calmer and although I have to work with customers, it didn't affect me badly. Then as I took the pills day after day, I didn't get tired and just was calmer, much calmer than I have been in a long time. I also sleep a lot better at night except that I noticed something. Sometimes when I go to bed around 930 or 1000, I'll wake up around 4 AM. I'm not sure why that happens. AnxClear has made my mind stop racing and I hardly get the heart palpitations anymore so I'm curious as to what my blood pressure is. I can walk in crowds, I can drive with more peace of mind, I don't panic or stress as often and I can think my way through an issue. Please note that AnxiClear has not taken away my anxiety entirely but it has helped greatly. If I'm feeling more anxious one day or have to go to a party, I just take an extra pill and I'm fine. Thank for the product AnxiClear. Oh and yes my walking is more steady. Sorry for the long review and let me know if you have any questions about this product.

Don't think they work for me
I think it is too expensive because I don't think they work. They might only work like an hour after you eat them because I still had terrible anxiety throughout the rest of the day especially when giving a presentation it was horrible. I ate 2 pills each morning.

Great Recharge
This product has improved my sleep pattern significantly. I fall asleep quickly, enter REM every night, and stay asleep thru the night but wake up the next morning feeling recharged, not like when using Melatonin which leaves me feeling drained and tired and most times gives me a headache. A good nights sleep, especially consistently, has reduced my fatigue, burnout, and worrying which has all but eliminated my anxiety because I am recharged to face the day and mentally focused to put and keep things in perspective.

Problems sleeping:(
I bought both the night and day capsules. I felt the daytime really helped but I had problems sleeping at night with the night time capsules. Im pretty sure it was the melatonin but who knows. Most people Ive talked to had the same issue when taking melatonin. As soon as I stopped taking, I was sleeping again. I guess Ill keep searching for something that will help me.
