Easy to use, dries quickly, looks great. I use on slate coasters to seal prior to laser engraving. It helps to make the engraving "pop" as it darkens the slate. 1st gallon I purchased arrived with the lid loose and sealer spilled in the box. I returned and they sent me another gallon with lid taped to the jug, no spillage.

I’ve used this on my Saltillo tile for 20 years. It dries shiny and clear and makes my red Saltillo look luxurious. Make sure to let the floor dry the required time before walking on it.

My in-laws went away and left me house sitting. I dropped a bottle of pine sol and Mr Clean and both ruptured on the garage floor. It is an epoxy coated concrete floor with speckles and gritty finish. The two chemicals ended up destroying the wax coating and nothing I did could affect the terrible look of the floor and I was expecting that I’d never hear the end of the complaints. But I did notice that as I was mopping the floor that it seemed like it would be fine while it was wet, only to return to a chalky mess when dry. I figured, maybe if I wax it with this stuff it might help. So, I ordered it and applied it and holy cow! You can’t even tell anything happened. I applied 3 coats and it looks better than it has in years! This stuff is amazing. You can just pour it and I used a squeegee like they have in gas stations, only longer like a broom and it spread easily and even if there was some heavy spots it still dried to a durable and even finish. No unpleasant smell and clean up was easy with just water. Highly recommended!

This product leaves Saltillo floors looking beautiful and shiny. It also protects the floors and keeps them cleaner as Saltillo tiles are quite porous. Great look
