The short answer is no. There are 5-6 attachments but they fit into a 1/2 inch hose. There is. O way to attach a needle either, nothing to screw to. Sorry.

Worked for 15 seconds, now it won't turn on. Am I missing something here?

There is not an override or other switch for that to shut off by itself. No reason it should shut off. Sorry you may have gotten a lemon.

Can this inflate a huge 6 person inflatable island? And how fast would you think?

We inflated a swan less than 5 minutes but a big island would be 10-15 min I would say if the seal is good. It depends on the island dimensions too.
