these are medical grade wipes.you have to wear gloves to use wipes..clean very good but wouldn't use on kid toys ..

PDI Sani-Cloth is has a 2 minute contact time that is effective against enveloped / non-enveloped viruses, bacteria, TB, fungi, multi-drug resistant organisms and bloodborne pathogens. It is designed to be used on hard nonporous surfaces such as stainless steel, plastic, glass Formica and more. It meets CDC, OSHA and CMS Tag F4441 Guidelines. In summary it is an Intermediate Level Disinfectant. The simple answer is yes but every situation is different. You must use it as directed for it to work as claimed and for your safety. It is designed to clean and disinfect patient care areas so it should work in your home setting.
