Hands down, this is the best natural deodorant I’ve used. Schmidt’s Charcoal & Magnesium smells great, clean and fresh without being overpowering, and it actually works. Odor protection holds up extremely well, even on long days. I love that it’s aluminum-free, vegan, and cruelty-free, yet still performs better than many conventional options I’ve tried. So far, so good! It arrived quickly and has a pleasant, fresh scent that’s truly unisex — not too strong, not too light, and perfect for anyone sensitive to fragrances. I originally bought this for my teenage son, and it works great for controlling odor and sweat without harsh chemicals. I also got one for my daughter, who is very sensitive to most deodorants, and she’s had no irritation or allergic reaction. This is going to sound like a damned shill, but I almost NEVER write product reviews because they are usually not worth the time. I'm writing this one because this deodrant shcoked me. I've been using Degree "heat activated" white stick type deodrant since the 1990s. Right through my military service, fatherhood, and now in to my current middle age grey-beard era. While it worked, I started to notice it was getting weaker over the last few years.. heavy focus on fragrance with almost no sweat or real deodorizing capabilities. My wife had tried a bunch of the safer deodorants (no heavy metals, etc) but they didn't work for squat. Annoyed, I bought 2 sticks of this stuff about a week and a half ago for my son and I to try. I was drawn to it being a safer deodorant, but was leery about it working or keeping me dry. Its now day 4 or 5 wearing this stuff (I apply it at night right after I get out of the shower) and it STAYS ACTIVE ALL DANG DAY. No sweat, no overpowering crappy fragrance like the Degree stuff I was trying to get away from. Pros: It works. Packaging looks like something my grandma would buy, but it keeps you dry and odor free for a long time. It says it works for 2 days, but I shower daily and I'm not planning to stretch it out. Cons: Kinda pricey. It works really well and it's not made with aluminum, but geez it's expensive. If they can work on the cost a bit, I'll switch over my entire family (its a big family).

This is hands down the best natural deodorant I’ve ever used. I’ve tried so many aluminum-free options, and with most of them I could still smell myself halfway through the day. With Schmidt’s Charcoal & Magnesium, I stay fresh and odor-free, even after long days. The scent is clean and amazing—light but lasts. I love that it’s vegan, aluminum-free, and actually delivers on its 48-hour odor protection. It goes on smoothly and works better than anything else I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

The charcoal and magnesium flavor smells like Pledge (furniture cleaner) the first hour or so after applied. After the first hour, the strong scent subsides and is pleasant and not overpowering. It lasts through the day and evening. I'm coming off a year of using Super Deodorant, a a small, independent company in Canada. Schmidt's leaves less residue than SD if you rub it in after applying. It seems to have the same longevity after application. I haven't experienced any skin irritation, but I haven't with any deodorants in the 30-some-odd years I've been wearing deodorant. I think this is a keeper for me.

This deodorant here with magnesium you rub it under your arms and It’s a very unconscious smell scent. I definitely DO recommend. this because my sister had recommend. I can put this one on after I wash up at night Get up come back home if I’m tired go the bed body is still on POINT and working. Also, the product is doing a wonderful job on my under arms. It’s like your skin is waking up under to an entire HEALING PROCESS and blending well with a light bright skin tone and the fragrance is very subtle. It’s a large gray with a wonderful applicator N most of the deodorant it’s not Karina Home on the outer layer of the tubing. I’ve been wearing this now for about a month or since the day that I ordered it matter fact I got rid of the ones that did not work so give it a try.

Works great and has a nice clean smell

Not the same anymore. The photo on left is the new one. The photo on the right is the old one. It’s a new list of ingredients. It’s also smaller now. This has a light stronger scent. While both have a very faint smell, this new one is stronger. The old one I have no sensation in my armpit when applying, but it is messier to put on. The new one rolls on much easier and has no mess, but it did slightly sting a very little for 10 minutes or so. I could feel it on. The old one I could not feel it on after applying and zero sensation from it. I’m disappointed the ingredients have been changed.
