Smartest supplement you can take
I've been taking GNC Milk Thistle for almost ten years now. I used it to heal the damage that taking too many meds and antibiotics did to my liver. I had SO many allergies that got worse almost daily because my liver was such a mess! After one week of taking 400mg of this milk thistle I started to have less of a reaction to foods and other allergy triggers. After one month I was back to eating almost normally. After three months not only did I have no allergies or intolerances whatsoever, I couldn't even feel it when I was bitten or stung by insects anymore. Did you know that you can just take a couple milk thistle caps when bug bites are driving you crazy and the itching will stop within ten minutes? Haha, neither did I! But they do and now I don't ever have to deal with nonsense like that again. I love love love living without life threatening allergies and not having to carry an epi pen around anymore! It's a relief to not have to worry about food intolerances too. I can eat whatever I want to again! I still take this supplement daily to maintain my liver health and will never be without it. This is also THE best brand I've found for effectiveness. They are not all created equal and the GNC brand is by far the best one I've tried throughout the years. Excellent product and I'll be a customer for life!

Milk thistle for liver detox
After I discovered my go-to milk thistle supplements had rice powder as a filler I started looking for alternatives. I saw this brand recommend in a review so I bought it to give it a try.
