Great value for money suit.Ordered an XL for my husband the bottoms were a spot in size but the top could have been a bit larger.As you have to pull it on and off over your head it’s a struggle with not much room.The quality of the material is great and it even comes in its own bag too!

Well what can I say excellent product one of my best buys during Covid and stillUse to this day it is of a good quality material and does what it says on the label well. It’s comfortable to wear until you get wet and sticky but that’s the joys of these suites. Sizing couldn’t argue with it, fitted as described and highly would recommend to those looking to either cut weight or increase sweating of subcutaneous water retention to bring body water hydration levels down…..

Packaging is brill, the toggle mesh bag the sauna suit is in has future uses, the suit is perfect, I'm in the size 22 town so 4XL removes all tightness [ I borrowed my partner's 3XL...not smart] giving me full range of motion after being a lazy git for several years + lockdowns, I usually use the cross trainer in the gym going and it doesn't feel right without sweat suit, granted a calorific deficit is part of weight loss, however burning calories whilst literally sweating buckets like I'm dancing my arse off at a drum and bass night that isn't kicking me out till 6-7am the next day [ you know right?] loosens up the muscles for post workout stretching and gives a wonderful post workout buzz for cardio day! Don't forget, take a least 1 litre of water with you on your session... you know right? :-).

For the price, I have to give this suit 5 stars. I’ve owned a few sauna suits over the years from very cheap to expensive and this is the best suit I’ve had so far. Really well made, and a great design with adjustable wrist cuffs that enable a good tight fit to keep the heat and sweat in and ankle zips to make it easy to get on and off even with trainers on.Sizing wise, I read lots of reviews saying it is very baggy etc, but these suits need to be loose to work. Once you get really sweaty in these suits, the loose fit prevents it sticking during your workout.I’m 178cm / 5’10”, weigh 82kg with broad shoulders and chest and a size large fits me perfect which is the normal size.I have done 5 intense workouts in the suit and there are no signs of wear.Really pleased with this product.

Well worth. You ain't even got to walk for too long before you start sweating like crazy. Well work the money. It look great, it's fits my body excellent with plenty of room to wear what ever I want underneath it and it's very very comfortable to wear even when I'm soaking with sweat, it just feels like a very comfortable tracksuit

Ok so I tried the suit out first in my garage where I have a gym setup. Temp outside was around -3° so the suit didn’t really have the same effect as I was absolutely freezing. Got a little bit sweat off but not much. Then I tried it again in normal conditions on a spin bike. Put the suit on and went hard for 45 minutes. Absolutely drenched and the suit worked a treat. I recommend just taking it off before the shower and I wash the suit in the shower with soap and hang it to dry. Dries overnight so it’s fresh the next day and keeps the smell away. Great product. The elastic trousers and the Velcro sleeves on the top keep the moisture in so it doesn’t leak everywhere like previous suits I’ve owned. 45 mins dropped a lot a water and approx 6lbs. Obviously hydrate yourself afterwards but my calorie burn was approx 20% more than if I’d done the spin bike without it.

Good quality. I Am 1.84, 90 kg muscular, broad shouldered. I ordered the large. The pants are very big but not a dealbreaker, in fact I do not mind it at all, but some might. The top fits, but I would say just in the shoulder area. I am not a boxer, but I would guess they are broad shouldered too, so keep that in mind if you are one. For doing what it is supposed to do, namely getting that sweat on, I do not think there is a suit that can get more of a sweat on because the basic ingredients for this is simple. You can close the holes, and it does not breathe. Very good price. You will sweat like a faucet guaranteed.
